END OF SEASON

We would like to thank the staff, the Board of Govenors, and especially the wonderful Kendbrin families for yet another terrific year.  The summer of 2011 was very successful at Kendbrin with many wonderful times and memories that will last a life time.  What swim team member will forget winning the All Pool Meet in the pouring rain.  What child won't remember sitting in the dark at Kendbrin watching a movie, or sleeping at Kendbrin in there tent.  We look forward to the summer of 2012 and wish all of our families a happy and safe school year.  SEE YOU IN JUNE!!!!!

YES WE HAVE ELECTRICITY!!!!!! Kendbrin will be open normal hours Friday thru Monday. We will close Tuesday thru Friday and as a bonus we will re-open Saturday and Sunday September 10th and 11th.

UPDATE FOR AUGUST 31, 2011

KENDBRIN REMAINS WITH OUT POWER, BUT WILL OPEN FOR THE USE OF THE PLAYGROUND AND TENNIS COURTS.  THE POOLS AND SNACKBAR REMAIN CLOSED.  THE BATHROOM FACILITIES ARE USABLE, BUT DO NOT HAVE LIGHTING OR HOT WATER.

Again our apologies for the inconvenience.  Power has not yet been restored to the club, and we are forced to close for another day.  Updates will be posted with the latest news as soon as possible.  Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

KENDBRIN CLOSED AUGUST 29, 2011

Unfortunately Kendbrin will be closed today August 29, 2011. We have been without electricity for over 24hrs, and can not clean the pools and facility without it. All in All Kendbrin did fair well in the storm and we will be up and running as soon as possible. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

KENDBRIN TO CLOSE FOR HURRICAINE IRENE

Due to the weather forecast this weekend Kendbrin will be closing.  We anticipate closing at approximately 2pm on Saturday and re-opening at 12noon on Monday.  Please make an effort to pick up chairs and personal belongings prior to 2pm today.  Thank you.

Preparation for Hurricaine Irene

With the impending Hurricaine for this weekend we are requesting that all chairs and personal belongings be removed from kendbrin no later then Saturday.  Any items left can not be secured and will be disposed of to keep any possible damages to Kendbrin at a minimum.

All Swim Team, Dive Team and Tennis Team families attending the end of the season banquet are asked to bring a dish to share for the pot luck supper.

If your last name begins with the following, you are kindly asked to bring……

A-C Appetizer

D-M Main Course Dish

N-P Salad

R-S Dessert

T-Z Paper goods (We will need approx. 200 knives, forks, spoons, plates, napkins)



If you are responsible for bringing a paper good and will not be attending the banquet please let us know so we can be sure to have enough.
