Important Items (and dates) to Remember
Diapers
Diaper changing is limited to the changing tables in the men’s and women’s rooms or a personal blanket. There is NO diaper changing allowed on the picnic tables or anywhere else in the snack bar area.
Hospital Road
As always, please drive slowly up Hospital Road, as there are many small children who live along the way. We certainly do not want a tragedy at Kendbrin this summer.
Parties
If you are planning a birthday party, family outing, team party, or another large group, please check with the Executive Director or the gatehouse first. On several occasions in previous summers, unannounced groups have showed up at Kendbrin and put a great strain on the facilities, the lifeguards, and the snack bar. If groups are large enough, there may be need for additional staff and lifeguards to ensure the safety of all. The grill is available for parties, provided you supply the charcoal.
Additionally, please make sure that your guests are aware of the rules of the club, particularly pool rules and the restrictions of eating and alcohol consumption at Kendbrin. And remember, you are responsible for your guests’ actions at all times!
Family Day
Family Day is always a highlight of the Kendbrin season. In the past, many members have been unable to attend because of scheduling conflicts. This year we are going to have Family Day on Sunday, July 17th. Mark it down on your calendar, because it’s one heck of a day here at Kendbrin!
